Do the same and make pressure on Sencha to have info on the future of NK. We should look as a very strong community !

done and rec'd a pretty typical response.
Thank you for your interest in NimbleKit. NimbleKit version 2 is currently under development and will be made available at no charge to current NimbleKit customers. We are currently not selling new licenses for NimbleKit, and to receive NimbleKit 2 you must either be a current licensee, or purchase it through a forthcoming Sencha product bundle.
Best regards,

So, no release date at the moment...

I'm going to start a new project on iOS and Android and I need to take a decision soon.

1. Nimblekit, hoping that Android version will be released in a month or two?
2. Other Kit, (ie: PhoneGap)?

Waiting for suggestion.. :-)

Have a nice day...

Hello,

I offer myself to continue the development of NimbleKit for IOS.
About NimbleKit for Android, I have Java programming experience over 10 years. If the NimbleKit Core for Android is in advanced development phase, I also would offer to continue.

In the hands of Sunny leave my proposal.

Regards.
Francisco.

For Android Developers, there is another friendly and powerful kit out there (windows only). It is not HTML5 but uses Visual Basic syntax with visual design editor. It is so powerful that even can access Bluetooth Serial Communcation (which I use).
I won't tell its name in this forum since it is a competitor but you can find it if you really need it.

For future, if Nimblekit for Android will support Java/JS mixes, I'm planning integrating that kit's java jars into Nimblekit :D

If you want to develop apps for android then I have been using the same system as jazzbass, you can pm me for the name, comming from 15 years of a web development background having used corona, titanium, phonegap and a bunch of other frameworks I can vouch this is simple easy to code but very powerful visual android development tool.

I won't mention it as I make money from using this tool but pm me and I will let you know.

I can also vote for Francisco he has a great library and is really keeping the Essence of what nimblekit is about, I think sunny had built something fantastic , something we all have got something from , I doubt sencha will be the same to be honest , just another corporate lightweight... Sorry sencha but your product is not that good, that is why you bought nimblekit.

I think sometimes you have to tell it like it is,..
