yes, you need even if you did not use obj-c/js mix libNimbleKit.a still contains call to the methods used in obj-c/js mix, you need to rebuild and resubmit your application anyway.

I got lucky!

I submitted my app few days before the 1.6 version, but with the bug fixes under way I decided wait even if the app would be rejected. However Apple didn't reject it, but sent me this message:

Thank you for submitting your update to Resultados Megasena to the App Store. During our review of your application we found it is using private APIs, which is in violation of the iPhone Developer Program License Agreement section 3.3.1; "3.3.1 Applications may only use Documented APIs in the manner prescribed by Apple and must not use or call any private APIs." While your application has not been rejected, it would be appropriate to resolve this issue in your next update.

The following non-public APIs are included in your application:
setParameters:
setScrollingEnabled:
setWebView:

Please resolve this issue in your next update to Resultados Megasena .

Regards,

iPhone Developer Program

Looks good, they are not rejecting everything, they're proving a chance to fix and approving it. Of course I'm already updating my app, but was nice to see this.

It's approved. Minutes after the email the app was updated on the iTunes store. This is my third version of this app, maybe they checked the history of it in order to see that my app was not intended to use private api's and it is well ranked. But it's clear a new submission with the old NimbleKit version will not be approved. Is your app a brand new one? It's the only thing I can think of the moment as reason for they to reject it :(

They were (4 of them) new apps built with the same base, just graphics and text were different (radio station streaming players... different stations). Since yours was an update... that's probably why :)

I've already updated my apps... just waiting on the review for them again.
