Need Help Submitting my App

Postby MyGunJammed » Tue Sep 13, 2011 1:05 am

This is my issue. My App (using Nimblekit) has been done for three months. It is a very simple TableView constructed app. For the past three months I have been trying to submit the app only to get the following error: Code Sign Error. There is something wrong with my Certs or my Plist file, or my developer Profile. I don't know. I work on it when time permits but it has become apparent that I am not going to figure it out. I have given up. I need help and I am willing to pay someone who can assist me submitting this app. I can sent up a "member profile" within my Developer Account. I can give you the App files. All I need is someone who can figure out the codesign error and submit my app. Can anyone help?

That's also my least favorite part of the whole process. My first app took much longer to submit than it did to code. I had to reach out to outside people to get through that too.

We can't help you find what's wrong unless you detail what you've done, but honestly I think you might be better off going to Apple's developer forums for this. There's a lot more people there and a lot more of them will be familiar with troubleshooting this issue, and a lot of older threads from people having the same problem.

I might be in the minority... but I don't have issues with this part of the process :) Only time I have problems is when I mess up and cause the problem... but it's always on me.

If Ryubr can't get you squared away... hit me up...

I am going to let ryubr have a crack at it since he posted first and seems to believe he can help. If he cannot help me, then I will contact you blazeman. I'm sure that I have something set up wrong. I just don't know how to fix it. The app itself if very simple. I enjoy the development stage of app creation but I get no enjoyment out of this submission process. To me, it seems like one unnecessary pain in the butt. I have paid my developer fee. I should be able to submit my app without this much hassle.

blazeman, I will keep you in mind for future work, if you are available. I do plan on creating more apps and I like having a list of freelance developers who might be able to help me if needed.
