I have looked around at a few postings to try and get a handle on what I may have done wrong, and read the suggested online links. I am also waiting for Apple to get back to me. I seem to have a problem with 'provisioning profiles'. I have an app developed which has only taken 3 weeks - hats off to Nimblekit on that one, the thought of learning Objective C was filling me with dread.

I can provision to my iPad, and iPhone, but I cannot distribute to the app. store. I cannot understand why. I do notice in my 'keychain' list the certificate that talks about distribution loos slghtly different, my developer certificate has a number in brackets after it, the distribution one doesn't.

Is that the problem?
How do you correct it.

The error I get is "Application failed codesign verification. The signature was invalid, contains disallowed entitlements, or it was not signed with an iPhone Distribution Certificate. (-19011)"

As has been mentioned elsewhere this is turning into the hardest part of distributing an application!

This in fact a tricky part of the process. It is not easy to give you some insight since we can´t see exactly your certificates. My first suggestion would be to recreate the profiles, follow the Apple wizard on the Provisioning portal , step by step, maybe something went wrong during the first try.

Before I understand how everything works I removed all and start from scratch since it does not impact the code I created for the app I could focus on get it right :-)

Well I removed a couple of certificates, followed the Apple guidance 'again' step by step, dragged and dropped certificates and files like theres no tomorrow and finally acheived the uploading of my app. Now to wait for the Apple staff to take a look and no doubt give me some feedback :-)

Thanks for your advice.
