Any way to stop copying sqldb to Document folder?

is there a way?, because my DB it's 25MB so it's take too long to copying even crushing the app.
I don't need to modify the data, it's a read-only db.

That should only happen on the first launch, right? If you're having a big lag like that every time you launch, you might have a different problem.

if you open database with rewrite parameter set to "yes" then it will copy the database every time.
