Create a project with last version, remove the serial and run it on a device. Bottom of the error on device, it says: 2009 Sencha Inc.

Adobe aquired makers of Phonegap, Look at competitor Titanium Appcelerator's investors. Sencha got lots of fundings from investors, it might be possible they have interest on NK for native apps.

If I were creator of NK, I would sell it for a few millions, got company share options and be employed as NK Coordinator with good salary. It would be more profitable than selling licences for $100.
Sunny is very smart guy, I'm admirer of his intellect.

If this happens, I wonder how we NK registered developers (the ones who pays the $99) will be supported by Sencha.

It might be Transfer of Intellectual Property with reverse date rights since it's release in 2009.

As written in here viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3244&p=16661&hilit=california#p16661

This is another proof I think. I wish the best for Sunny and NK

Sencha already has some of the best 'native-feeling' controls already, don't know what they would want with nimblekit.
But, this can probably only be good, just hope our licenses won't change.
