No internet connexion : alert message

Hello everybody,

Should somebody explain to me how to warn my users that they need an internet connection to read the content (until now, I only have a blank page on my app and Apple asked me to add an alert message for that) ?

I tried to watch all around the forum but I didn't find the answer...
